Jerry Marshall

Jerry is a Cambridge economist, a Chartered Marketer and an entrepreneur, establishing a marketing consultancy, a social enterprise and CRT Viewpoint, the leading UK customer feedback system supplier. He has initiated several business projects in Palestine to create employment, bring hope and support peace, including ‘TeamStart’, which helps Palestinian entrepreneurs develop high potential businesses with links to Israeli technology companies. He has been a TBN Partner since 2004, and moved back from his businesses to run TBN in 2007.
Stuart McGreevy
Chairman
Stuart is the TBN Chairman. He is founder and former CEO of a leading UK financial services group which was successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is a social entrepreneur, managing businesses that include finance and administration outsourcing in India, a social venture capital fund, and ethical investing business and a fair trade clothing enterprise.
Dr. Kim Tan
Trustee
Kim is a serial biotech and social entrepreneur. He is founder Chairman of Springhill BioVentures, a director of several biotech funds and an advisor to Government agencies and Pharmaceuticals on biotechnology. He is a TBN Trustee and is the initiator of the Kuzuko Game Reserve, a conservation and social transformation project in an area of high unemployment.
Mike Perreau
Trustee
Mike is a founding board member of TBN. An industrial psychologist and entrepreneur, he serves on the board of several business enterprises and has been CEO, MD and strategic coach of a number of international organisations. He also acts on behalf of governments and international institutions in peacekeeping, conflict resolution and strategic facilitation roles.
Ralph Catto
Trustee
Ralph is CEO of Guiding Capital, a non-industry specific private equity business supporting growth companies reach their potential. In 2000 he founded Housing Partners which he now Chairs; a business providing software and service in the social housing sector. Prior to that Ralph was a director of a large UK stockbroker operating in the Corporate Finance arena, and has been a non-executive director of a UK quoted company.
Andrew Carruthers

Andrew Carruthers is the Managing Director and founder of SPARK Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund manager managing £220m in eight funds on behalf of private investors, institutional investors, Universities and the European Regional Development programme. He has been investing in small and medium sized businesses for the last 15 years across Europe and the emerging markets of China, India and Africa. Born in Southern Africa, he was educated at the London School of Economics and trained with KPMG before moving into commercial management, corporate finance and then investment management for high growth enterprises.
