Stuart is the TBN Chairman. He is founder and former CEO of a leading UK financial services group which was successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is a social entrepreneur, managing businesses that include finance and administration outsourcing in India, a social venture capital fund, and ethical investing business and a fair trade clothing enterprise.

Kim Tan

Dr. Kim Tan

Kim is a serial biotech and social entrepreneur. He is founder Chairman of Springhill BioVentures, a director of several biotech funds and an advisor to Government agencies and Pharmaceuticals on biotechnology. He also the initiator of the Kuzuko Game Reserve, a conservation and social transformation project in an area of high unemployment.

Terry Watson

Terry Watson

Terry is the chair of the board of the microfinance bank, Opportunity UK since 2012.  Terry was the Chief Risk Officer for Allianz Global Investors, one of world’s largest investment managers. Prior to joining Allianz, Terry worked in a similar position at Barclays Global Investors and had a long career at Bank of America. He obtained a degree in Modern Languages from Jesus College, Oxford.

Rosalind Kainyah

Rosalind is the Managing Director of Kina Advisory. Previously she held senior positions at Tullow Oil and De Beers. Her leadership has been recognised with a Member of the British Empire (MBE). She has served on the global advisory board of Africa Leadership Network, Africa-America Institute and Africa Centre for Economic Transformation.

Oliver Scutt

Oliver Scutt

Oliver is legal counsel at Triple Point Investment Management and was previously legal counsel at 8Miles and solicitor at Pinsent Masons. He is an accredited CEDR mediator and a trustee of Only Connect. He is passionate about international policy and justice and has been involved in peacebuilding in the Middle East.

Reuben Coulter

Reuben Coulter is CEO of Transformational Business Network. Prior to this he was a Fellow and Associate Director for Africa at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. He has also been the founding CEO of Tearfund Ireland, an international development organisation, Chair of the Irish Humanitarian Committee and advisor to Oxford Ventures, a social enterprise consultancy.
